PRO series
DDI Series Decanter Centrifuges; consists of a horizontal rotating drum to ensure high
centrifugal force, the auger that ensures the continuous discharge of the solids separated in the drum, and
a double drive system that controls the speed difference between this drum and the auger, ensuring
the required amount of power transfer to the auger.
The DDI series was developed by HAUS to meet the general needs of industries requiring
durability such as chemical, pharmaceutical, fats and oils, mining and extraction
proteins, processing of mineral oils and fuels. The main purpose of the DDI Series decanter centrifuge is
separating the liquid mixture from its solid and obtaining one or two pure liquids, with as much
a drier solid. The DDI Series decanter centrifuge is very useful for obtaining valuable
materials in the processing of by-products, and in the recovery processes of waste processing.
Maximum performance
Thin drum rotates at a very high speed to ensure high centrifugal force (G)
for the highest level of dehydration.
Flexible Configuration
Selection of production materials, wear protection, engine power and torque
provide flexible configuration.
Touch Control
HMI and PLC; This allows the decanter to automatically operate in different modes, drain the sludge and perform
other process parameters; and monitor alerts.
2-phase /3-phase operation
Flexible design allowing 2 or 3 phase operation.
Hygienic Design
Use of food grade materials and lubricants, and
easy cleaning and cleaning ensure high hygiene.
Single Motor (Mono Drive)
While the main motor is controlled by the VFD, the auger speed is fixed with
using a simple pulley system for easy operation.
