VS4-Z150-200, 3M semi-submersible chemical pump with 110kW Siemens motor
Description
The VS vertical submersible pump is very safe, reliable and stable in operation, and has a long service life. Maintenance is simple and has fewer categories of spare parts with wide interchangeability. The housing is radially divided and has a double housing design for a flange with a nominal size of 80 mm and above to reduce the radial force and vibration of the pump caused by hydraulic action. The wear and corrosion resistance of the impeller and diffuser is fully taken into account, so that the service life of the impeller and other easily worn parts is extended. The impeller and diffuser have a multi-stage design that can meet different pressure requirements.
The axial force is balanced through the balancing hole for the impeller. The front and rare impeller cover are equipped with replaceable special ladder-type O-rings to protect the impeller and pump housing. This effectively prevents foreign objects from entering the inlet gaps of the O-ring after the pump is stopped. Thus, the service life of the O-ring and impeller is significantly extended.
The pump shaft is designed for a reliable "extension" connection with multiple support points, which guarantees stable operation in critical conditions. The pump shaft can be protected by a tube to avoid wear or corrosion. And a protective tube is not needed when clean water is being treated.
A filter with a suitable cell size is installed on the pump inlet pipe, which effectively prevents the ingress of large solid particles and damage to the pump, while at the same time ensuring a clean Inlet area and maximizing suction losses, as well as increasing pump efficiency.
The impeller and pump housing are submerged under water, so there are no problems with dehumidification and ventilation when starting the pump.
The separate pressure pipe of the pump has no leakage of liquid under pressure in the direction of the shaft. And if used in an open system, no shaft seal is required; if used in a closed system, as well as a highly volatile or toxic liquid, a mechanical seal or oil seal will be available.
Rotating parts can be adjusted along the axis and are supported by rolling and sliding bearings. Rolling bearings are lubricated with grease and mounted on the sole.
Plain bearings are self-lubricating or externally lubricated. The self-lubricating structure (wash and lubricate each bearing with pumped liquid from the pump pump, and then remove the heat generated by the friction Steam) is suitable for transferring clean liquid without solid matter. External lubrication structure (flush and lubricate each bearing with an external source of clean pressurized liquid, and then remove the heat generated by the friction steam, while stopping solid or foreign matter from entering the bearing to ensure normal operation), suitable for processing cellulose liquids with solids or foreign matter.
The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the drive side.
