As a leader in the design and manufacture of modern high performance industrial decanters, HAUS began its existence in 1954 in Aydin with the repair of various types of pumps and presses. In 1962, the company launched the first olive oil press in the region. The first in the region The decanter for the production of olive oil was produced by the brothers Omer and Ahmet Gozluklu in 1989. Today the company has the ability to produce 350 decanters and 150 separators per year, the number of employees companies - 375 people who work on a field of 32.000 m2. The company is ISO certified 9001: 2008 and TSEK. Precautions and safety of mechanical devices in the workplace and their interaction with Council of Europe directives is confirmed by TÜV.
HAUS manufactures decanter centrifuges and separators for waste and drinking water treatment, for oil industry, drilling industry, beverage industry, animal and vegetable fats processing, mining industry, for the production of starch, as well as for chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
The main goal of the HAUS company is to produce high quality movements, which are based on modern technologies and carry out their installation at the highest level in order to satisfy the wishes of the buyer. In this vein, in order to achieve these goals, Hakki Usta supports its employees with motivation and constant training.
HAKKI USTA has been focusing on building a global brand HAUS with export and a wide dealer network since 2010.
HAUS is classified under the HAUS Centrifuge Technologies Co. for the sale of industrial equipment, and
HAUS Food Co. for the sale of equipment for milk and butter.
Applications for decanter centrifuges:
Separation of waste components takes place in a cylindrical horizontal centrifuge drum, additionally
equipped with a screw conveyor. The liquid is supplied inside the device through a special tube, after which
smoothly accelerated by the rotor. Under the influence of centrifugal forces, solid sediment particles settle on the walls
drum and then move to its canonical part using the conveyor located inside. The
the element moves in the main direction of rotation, but at a different speed. Advanced design
provides a higher degree of cake dryness, as it is able to create powerful hydraulic pressure
inside the drum. The separation of the sediment into liquid and solid particles is carried out on the entire cylindrical
surface. At the end of the process, dry cake fractions are discharged through a special hole for solid
phase, and the purified liquid leaves the drum through the drain windows.
dehydration by filtering the liquid substance on a rotor with a perforated wall.
Sedimentation Unit for classifying and dewatering substances by centrifugal sedimentation
solid particles on a solid rotor.
Combined (precipitation-filtering) Unit for
dehydration, which uses both filtration and centrifugal precipitation.
Inertial Unit
for dewatering with the discharge of the dry residue from the rotor due to the action of the tangential component
centrifugal force.
Screw-type filtering unit Filtration unit that discharges sediment from
using a rotating auger.
Vibrating type filtering unit for dewatering,
unloading due to vibrations.
Direct-flow installation in which the direction of movement of solid
particles changes by no more than 90 °.
Counterflow unit in which, when moving, solid
particles change direction by more than 90 °.
