Description
The price is on the terms of FCA, Turkey.
The mixture of products is introduced into the center of the drum, where it rotates at high speeds. Due to the centrifugal force, the liquid phase is separated from the solid phase in accordance with the difference in density. Solid matter (the heaviest in density) accumulates on the inner wall of the drum and is moved by the screw in the direction of the conical end. The conveyor pushes solids to the outlet with a smaller radius, creating a dewatering effect. The liquid fills the drum above the solid and exits the cylindrical end, where outlets of the correct radius (liquid level) are installed. The relative speed of the conveyor determines the throughput capacity of the solid and the dryness of the solid, and the radius of the liquid outlets determines the degree of purification of the liquid.
In the Dual Drive system, the speed of the screw is determined by the speed of the secondary motor, which also provides additional power. When the secondary motor is driven by a frequency converter, setting this speed and changing it is possible and easy even during Operation.
