Description
The pumps are designed for use in hydraulic drives conforming to GOST 17411 and operating at a nominal pressure of 32 MPa, where an adjustable flow of working fluid with a constant direction is required. A gear pump is built into the axial piston pump, which creates a working fluid flow with a pressure of up to 25MPa, designed to control hydraulic drive units.
They are available with automatic feed mechanisms: manual (P), tracking (C), hydraulic (D), power regulator (D1), electromagnetic (M).
Axial piston pumps adjustable NAMF74M-45/32, NAGF74M-45/32, NARF74M-45/32, NASF74M-45/32, NAD1F74M-45/32, NAMF74M-90/32, NAGF74M-90/32, NARF74M-90/32, NASF74M-90/32, NAD1F74M-90/32, NAM74M-224/32, NAR74M-224/32, NAS74M- 224/32, NAD174M-224/32,
NAM74M-224/32, NAR74M-224/32, NAS74M-224/32, NAD174M-224/32 with adjustable supply and constant flow of working fluid in the direction, designed for general machine-building applications in hydraulic drives.
Pumps NA...74M are designed to work with mineral oils with a viscosity from 21 to 265 mm2/s (cSt) at an oil temperature from +10 to +50 ° C and an ambient temperature from 0 to +50 ° C.
Recommended working fluids are mineral oils of the type VNII NP-403 GOST 16728-78, IGP-30, IGP-38 according to TU 38-101413-97. The nominal fineness of oil filtration is 40 microns. Working fluid purity class 14 according to GOST 17216-71.
The permissible duration of continuous operation of the maximum pressure of axial piston pumps AT...74M no more than 40 seconds with a loading interval of at least four seconds. With such modes, 90% of the resource is 1200 hours. The continuous duration of the pump operation at a feed below the minimum should not exceed 30 minutes
