Solenoid dosing pumps eONE are a new generation of diaphragm dosing pumps compared to similar devices on the dosing equipment market.
eONE is a dosing pump with intelligent dosing control.
The pioneering eOne series represents a new era in the development of dispensing equipment. Specifications provide a reliable and efficient solution for chemical dosing and water treatment applications.
The eONE pump features a new control circuit with patented microelectronic technology. The new pump operation algorithm allows the electromagnet to be controlled in a “smart” mode, adjusting the amount of power consumed in accordance with the operating back pressure in the system.
MAIN FEATURES OF THE eONE SERIES DOSING PUMPS:
- High frequency of reagent injection - up to 300 imp /min; flow rate up to 30 l /h, counter pressure up to 20 bar.
- A system for controlling the change in output flow in relation to fluctuations in the back pressure in the system.
- Power consumption control system, depending on the back pressure in the system. The eONE series pumps consume 60% less power (at a maximum capacity of 35 W.).
- Reduced wear on mechanical parts, which increases the service life and reliability of the metering pump.
- Proportional dosing mode 1: 1 from a pulse flow meter (1 pulse from a flow meter=1 pump injection).
- Universal voltage from 100 to 250V 50/60 Hz.
- Reagent level sensor support.
- Dust and moisture protection class: IP65.
