    Pump for pumping the slip

    Ceramic slip - is a mixture that includes: clay component, glass cullet, nepheline concentrate, chamotte, sodium pyrophosphate, talc, dolomite, water. The mixture is quite thick and aggressive.

    The pumps must meet the high requirements of precise dosing when applying glaze to ceramic products. Diaphragm units, especially two-membrane pneumatic pumping equipment, cope best with such tasks.

    The diaphragm pumps are powered by an air compressor with a pressure of up to 8 bar. The pumps will pump the ceramic slip even if solid particles with a diameter of up to 10 mm get into the mixture. The diaphragm pump with pneumatic drive for pumping ceramic slip is not afraid of air entering the pumped mixture.
