IHG Ex stainless steel dry rotor pumps (explosion-proof)
these are vertical single-stage centrifugal chemical pumps, in-line execution, for pumping liquids in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electrical, paper industry, as well as the medical industry with a temperature of the pumped medium -20 ° C ~ +120 ° C, as standard. The main parts of the pump casing as well as the impeller are made of high quality stainless steel, which allows you to pump aggressive liquids. IHG pumps also supplied in explosion-proof design.
Characteristic:
- IHG series dry rotor pump body is made of stainless steel, approved for use in food and chemical industry;
- Dry rotor pump series IHG have a vertical design. Their suction and discharge nozzles are located on the same axis, which allows them to be installed directly on pipeline (in-line). The pumps have compact dimensions, do not take up much space and can installed outdoors (under a canopy);
- The impeller of the IHG series dry rotor pump is located directly on the motor shaft, making it work quietly, without generating high vibration, and the pump casing is connected to the motor in such a way that allows significantly reduce the axial pressure during pump operation;
- A special chemical-resistant mechanical seal is used to seal the pump shaft, thanks to which the service life of the pumps is significantly increased;
- The pumps are easy to install, maintain and repair, and there is no need to dismantle them, since it is enough to unscrew the bolts that secure the motor to the housing and pull out the rotor.
