Application area
SANIBOXER sanitary pharmaceutical pumps with pneumatic drive are designed and manufactured for pumping liquids with permissible viscosity from 1 to 15,000 cps. The pumps are made of materials that are compatible with fluids according to the international 3A sanitary certificate and chemicals used for cleaning and sterilization, as well as CIP rinsing of the pump.
The pump can be operated at temperatures compatible with the pump materials, but not higher than 95 ° C.
Ability toself-priming dry (without preliminary filling of the pipeline),precise speed controlwithout pressure loss, anddry running without damaging the pump testify to the versatility of its application. The design of the pump makes it especially suitable for difficult applications with high humidity or in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX certified).
