Diaphragm motor pumps ST-D

Diaphragm motor pumps ST-D with a mechanical drive are used for dosing liquid chemical solutions. The dispensed liquid can be abrasive or contain solid impurities. The pump is capable provide productivity: 10 ÷ 148 l /h. pressure: 5 ÷ 14 bar.
The pump performance is manually adjusted using a micrometer screw that controls the length piston stroke within 10% -100%. The adjustment can be carried out both on a stopped and on a running pump.
On request, models are supplied with a servo motor that independently rotates the micrometer handle of the pump and controlled by 4-20 mA or 0-10V DC input signal.

- Pump body made of die-cast aluminum protected with epoxy, anti-acid paint;
- Protection class: IP55, insulation degree: F-S1 - IEC 34-1;
- The pump performance is regulated by a micrometer knob that controls the piston stroke length;
- The dosing pump is driven by a vertically positioned motor;
- the gearbox works on the principle of idling (the piston is returned using a return spring);
- standard motor: 0.18 kW, 1400 rpm, B14 flange;
- other types of motors are made on request.
