Motorized diaphragm pumps Dwith a mechanical drive is used for dosing liquid chemical solutions. The dispensed liquid can be abrasive or contain solid impurities.
D series motor diaphragm dosing pumps capacity: 56 ÷ 574 l /h. pressure: 2 ÷ 12 bar.
The pump performance is manually adjusted by means of a micrometer screw, which controls the piston stroke length in the range of 10% -100%. The adjustment can be carried out both on a stopped and on a running pump.
Automation of capacity regulation is possible with the use of a servo motor (optional). The servo motor independently rotates the micrometer knob of the pump and is controlled by a 4-20 mA or 0-10V DC input signal.
It is also possible to regulate the pump performance - by changing the frequency of working strokes. This is possible when using an external frequency converter, which will change the speed of the electric motor. In this case, it is advisable to use pumps with special electric motors with autonomous ventilation - to prevent overheating of the motors when operating at reduced speeds.
