Coagulation or the process of coagulation is the union of small particles into larger substances. This is the process of coagulation, thickening, enlargement. The coagulant is the chemical reagent for such processes. Flocculant is also a chemical reagent with similar properties, with a high adsorption ability (binding of flocculant molecules to particle molecules in a liquid). After the chemical process of using reagents in water, a reaction occurs - precipitation, flakes. Such reagents are very often used in technological processes for wastewater treatment. The solution of such problems is very important in matters of environmental conservation after human industrial activity. Coagulants and flocculants also play an important role in the preparation of drinking water.
