POOL GUARD 3 PH /CL (SONDA CL) is an automatic system of proportional dosing and control of the PH and CL level (concentration of free chlorine in water) for swimming pools up to 500 m3. The dosing station is controlled by a liquid flow sensor (included in the kit); if there is no flow, the system goes into standby mode.
Automatic water treatment station POOL GUARD 3 PH /CL (SONDA CL) - carries out water treatment of the pool by: measuring and regulating the indicator of free chlorine (organic and inorganic chlorine) - dosing chlorine, measuring and regulating the pH indicator, measuring water flow for shutdown of outputs in case of no flow. Chlorine is measured using a potentiostatic probe (sensor) FOC /FIC. A temperature sensor built into the chlorine potentiostatic probe allows temperature compensation to be taken into account automatically.
Dosing system POOL GUARD 3 PH /CL (SONDA CL) is supplied mounted on a chemical-resistant plastic panel (450x600x8 mm), in a complete set, ready for installation and commissioning
The station is equipped with two interconnected diaphragm pumps (DLX PH-RX-CL /MB 5-7 230V) with built-in pH /Rx /Cl controllers. The pumps are equipped with a graphic TFT-display with 3 LEDs (power supply, pulse frequency, level sensor signaling or alarms) and non-volatile memory, reagent level and flow control is built-in. Data entry and control is carried out using 5 control buttons on the front of the pumps. All primary probes and sensors are installed in the PH-CL (FS) flowcell.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- The system is based on DLX PH-RX-CL /M dosing pumps with built-in pH /Rx /Cl controllers (optional) and a SONDA CL potentiostatic free chlorine sensor.
- Alarm for continuous dosing time, followed by shutdown of the dosing pumps.
- Dosing delay when the system is turned on.
- Level sensor or flow sensor alarm.
- Setting the alarm for the concentration limits of pH / Cl levels (MIN / MAX).
- Dosing modes: constant ON / OFF and proportional PROP.
- Fine-tuning the proportional mode.
- Locking the settings made by password.
- Menu selection: Basic /Full.
- Setting the hysteresis.
- Pump capacity: 5 l /h - 7 bar.
- Measurement ranges: 0-14 pH; 0-2 or 0-20 ppm (mg /L).

DOSING SYSTEM CONFIGURATION: (SONDA CL) - configuration with SONDA CL potentiostatic free chlorine sensor (organic / inorganic chlorine).
Built-in functions:
- Alarm for continuous dosing time, followed by shutdown of dosing pumps.
- Dosing delay when turning on the station.
- Alarm and shutdown of the station by flow sensors or reagent level in canisters.
- Alarm setting for chemical concentration limits reagents pH /Cl (MIN /MAX levels).
- Dosing modes: constant "ON /OFF" and proportional "PROP".
- Setting the hysteresis.
- The dosing station is controlled by a liquid flow sensor (included in the kit), if there is no flow, the system goes into standby mode "STAND BY", followed by indication on the LCD displays of the pumps.
Inputs / Outputs:
- pH /RX inputs - BNC connectors, input impedance>10 ^ 12 Ω.
- Cl input - 4-pin connector.
- 2 inputs "LEV" for level sensor SPDT contact 5 V /5 mA.
- Input "FLOW" of the flow sensor (SPDT pin 5 V /5 mA).
- Output 4-20 mA.
- Relay output ON /OFF for alarm.
